I just LOVE these videos! This one is absolutely perfect and SO TRUE, too! Not only does someone who feels good about themselves fit the part for a leader in a company, it carries over to the web, as well. It's because they're confident in their work and socialization online. I see it with writers all the time. The ones who are out of shape are more timid in their responses. The writers who are svelt and fit are more confident and more sociable. It's an interesting study, but see who of your friends on Facebook, for example, are the leaders and what they look like in person if they show a photo (the heavy ones usually don't show pictures, also).
