Caring-Couture: A Business Hiring People with Down Syndrome

This beautiful silk scarf was painted by someone who happens to have Down Syndrome.

That may not seem like a big deal, but it is.

A lot of people expect that people with Down Syndrome aren't able to work.  But this powerful story proves those people wrong. So many people want to contribute, have a purpose, and they want to work.

Laurie and her daughter, Payton, created this business Caring-Couture where the products are made with people who have special needs.

It's a powerful story about creating an opportunity so everyone can work.  Tippin' my hat to Laurie, Payton and everyone at Caring-Couture!
