If you were overcharged by four dollars at a restaurant, what would you do?
Most people would ask for a refund of the four dollars. No big deal.
But that's not what happened in Woburn, Massachusetts.

Why? That's my question. Why go to this extreme?
It's a small business.
There are probably thousands of websites that go through updating regularly and sometimes changes are delayed. Not everyone is web savvy.
But it's four dollars. Do you fight? Or take the refund offered and take flight?
The business will persevere and move forward. And I hope the professor decides to do the same.
